Before you write

Where's my order? We prepare orders in 2–4 business days and email you a tracking number as soon as yours ships (check your spam folder too). Delivery takes 8–15 business days to the US, 5–8 to the UK and 7–9 to Canada. See our Shipping policy.

My vest doesn't heat up. Make sure your power bank is charged and gives at least 5V/2A, plug it into the USB cable in the inner pocket, then press and hold the power button until it lights up.

I'd like to return it. You have 90 days from the day your order ships. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Full details in our Refund policy.
