Our 90-day guarantee
We want you to stay warm and happy with your Northwarm order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can ask for a refund within 90 days of the date your order ships.
How to start a return
- Email us at thenorthwarm@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them back. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Please don't send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without a return request can't be identified and may not be refunded.
Conditions
- Return the vest complete, with its cable and any accessories, in the condition you received it, apart from the normal handling needed to try it on and test the heat.
- Free gifts that came with your order (such as thermal gloves or a neck warmer) should be returned together with the vest(s) they came with. If they aren't returned, their listed value may be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Return shipping
If you simply change your mind, the cost of sending the item back is paid by you. If your item arrived damaged, is defective or isn't what you ordered, we cover everything (see below).
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, stops working because of a defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund under this policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Just email us as soon as possible. Once it has shipped, please follow the return process above.
Refunds
We'll let you know as soon as we've received and checked your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and doesn't limit them in any way. If you live in the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
