Does it come with a power bank?

No, but any USB power bank with 5V/2A output or more works. Add ours at checkout and it's ready to go the day it arrives.

How long does the heat last?

It depends on your power bank, the heat level and how many zones you use. A bigger power bank means more hours, and the low setting with fewer zones stretches it further.

Which size should I get?

Check the size chart above. If you're between two sizes, go one size up.

Will it keep me warm without the power bank?

Yes. It's an insulated, windproof vest, so it keeps you warm even switched off. The heat is the bonus for really cold days.

It doesn't turn on. What do I do?

Unplug the power bank, plug it back in and hold the power button again. Make sure the power bank is charged and gives at least 5V/2A.

Is it safe?

It runs on a low-voltage 5V USB power bank. As with any heated garment, start on low, don't use it on numb or broken skin, and don't sleep with it switched on.

What if it's not what I expected?

You have 90 days to return it for a refund.
